Unfinished Business Part 39: And In The End

Denouement.

This post is going up early because I'm flying out to MFF tomorrow. Would love to see you guys there if you're going!

Also: there will be two more uploads in Unfinished Business: an epilogue that will wrap up a few loose threads, and a deleted scene that technically follows this part...okay, it's a sex scene. It didn't feel like it fit tonally with what this story became, but I wanted to write it anyway and I feel like some of you were waiting for that and maybe have been since I said "werewolf boyfriend," so happy holidays. :D

That will take us almost to Christmas. Here's where I see this going next: Christmas week I will upload a short story, previously published, from the Argaea universe. For years I've thought about a novel extended out from this story, and I think I'm ready to write it. If you're not familiar with Argaea, it's a furry world, approximately Renaissance-era, and there will be more gay stuff in this story. Starting in January I will be serializing that story in this space for the $5 and up patrons.

Thank you all for your continuing interest in and support for Unfinished Business. Sometime next year I'll get it edited and published in print form (but after Love Match, which is next in the queue). I hope you guys all have a wonderful holiday season filled with joy in whatever form you most want it. <3

Thank you so much!

More gay stuffs! Honestly Kyell you did very well in this most recent work. I'd rank it pretty high on my list of most enjoyed books this year. It is true the book was almost a nun hymnal compared to your other master pieces, but it was good to see you grow your sense of genre to. I enjoyed how both parties had unfinished business and not just the ghost. On the relationship side of things, not many can come back from the bitterness of a breakup and try again. I thought it was just me that did things like that (call me a sucker for my cat) and stuff. On the majik side of things you were marginally to down right ambiguous about most of it. Not a shred of truth was used, which is fine because this is a work of fiction. A masterpiece all the same bud. Malec Wolgon/Druid Wolfe
