I myself am not a big fan of futa stuff but I don't mind when it's a situation such as this where the character uses powers/tools/or other to give themselves a penis type apparatus or in the case of shape shifting or magic when they give themselves a penis. But when female characters are simply made male by giving them a penis, not into that. So by all means, symbiotically penis that girl up ;-p, looks good.
