More Laura is always great. Miles getting more dominant with her was a nice one. It would have been a little to easy for Laura just having her way with him.And I would not say no to Savage Love Part 2^^

Savage Love features two characters I'm a bit tired of and little else. Both are new characters that have little more than a gimmick, and being that they're legacy characters not one I like in my Marvel. Both movies featuring the characters did a better job than their actual source material (although both largely made the classic versions better even if that wasn't the makers' intent). It plays out in expected rhythms, even going from a traditional oral-vaginal-anal series in positions with little variation. What can I say? I rather enjoyed this, I'd pick this one up if any curiosos are reading this thread. The fight was great and I love the clothes tearing dinos. The evolution in Miles was great, and a switcheroo on Laura was a pleasant surprise. I kinda wish we had some more actiony openers as weird as that sounds in this context. I wasn't in for any of this, but quickly got on board. You'll do the same most likely.

Miles typically is a pretty good supporting character and a pretty bad main character, but this book actually had him start in the former role and used character development to get him into the latter. Good job on that. My familiarity with Laura's old books leads me to believe she's acting more like a female Wolverine than how she was characterized in X-23 books of the past... but it is my understanding that Marvel has modified her personality in more recent books. I guess this is her being in-character now, so I won't complain. So yeah I liked Miles in this and Laura was OK, but just in terms of personal preference I like old "X-23" Laura more than new "Wolverine in a female body" Laura.

More Laura is agreeable. She is a sexy, animalistic fucker... and she needs her needs satisfied. XD

In the first page, Laura's dialogue feels more reflective of Wolverine, which makes some sense as she was trained by him since she started living at the X-Mansion, but her speech pattern differs quite a lot. But I feel her sexual dominance over Miles to educate him on survival in a death flag environment was well written and well executed, which plays well to the "you need to know how to survive, dammit!" I certainly loved it. Any story with more Laura is always welcomed from the TracyVerse, and more love to MILES, he deserves some good writing every so often. The hard shift from N.Y.C. concrete jungle to the Savage Land greenery jungle was well invited. Bayushi's natural layout, coupled with Thunkstudio for colors, makes the wild setting appear vibrant and perfectly contrast the two human characters starring in this wild fuckery in a savage land. XD The scenery is the best complementary element of the story, helps to add to the adrenaline of their outdoor fucking for anything to see, and still keeps their isolation an apparent theme. The use of lesser known, and even lesser thought of, classic Spider-Man villain "The Spot" was a smart move on part of the writers: warp spots send you anywhere, why not into a dinosaur infested jungle? Which in turn allowed for such a great set-up of Laura allowing her primal urges ring out, and Miles taking charge for a turn based dominance game with a lovely lady. If they have to survive, they need to survive like the animals around them. The artistic skill of BAYUSHI's landscape, coupled by THUNKSTUDIO's coloring ability, helps pop out the stars of this read and beautifully displays the natural environment that they inhabit now awaiting rescue. Final score - (95) %, A grade There should be a sequel later this year, or sometime next year. This is very enticing a read & I hope Bayushi returns for it.
