Either bioluminescence if you want something more intimate/character focused, or the Sovngarde skybox suggested previously! That, or northern lights over New Helgen, perhaps?

The Artists made such a gorgeous Skybox and put so much effort into something you only see in the Level Up screen (most people don't even know) and in the final mission of the game... I feel that is the prettiest Nightlights I've seen in fiction and gaming hands down
