Salutations, Cafè Cats!
Here is the process GIF for the second Catfeine Junky quarterly art prints (sent out in March, June, September and December).
I love Egyptian things.
I don't know everything or even a whole lot, more than most but less than some others, but its one of those cultures that has always fascinated me the most. The Gods/Goddesses have always been of great interest to me too. I already put it into my own fursona design, so I wanted to continue to play around with a theme that has great interest for me. I did a little bit of extra research into flowers for this one so I could make sure I was using things that were supposedly accurate to the region and I'm pretty pleased with the finished piece.
The prints this time were a little trickier because of the darker color scheme, but I think that they came out pretty nice. I might be looking for a better place to print though because I don't get to choose the weight of my paper where I print now so that's been inconsistent which bothers me. If you have any suggestions as to where I can get things printed for me so that I can send them out, please let me know. It would help direct my research and I'd really appreciate it!
