Annoucement: August Work Delay

Hello Cafè Cats!

I just wants to let you all know that there is a possibility that this month's rewards and wallpaper will be sent out/uploaded late (and I may be canceling the public post for the YCH this month as well as this upcoming weekends movie night). Currently we are without internet as the company we are using decided to send out new equipment and tell us after the fact. That wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't canceled our current plan once they sent the new stuff out. Ironically they send us TWO new routers, both of which are on the other plans that are available in our specific area. Neither of them work. The only one that has worked is the 3rd provider which is the one we had at the start. 

I have been going back and forth with them for the better part of 3 days trying to get this sorted, and at first they said they're not able to turn our old plan back on. I have made it clear to them that that specific plan is the only one that works in our area and I need them to turn it back on, especially since I already paid for it for this next month and finally they have agreed to send it to their technicians and have them try to "fix it". If it doesn't work they said they would send us new equipment for the plan that we're currently on. Its all very complicated and annoying, but if they're not able to just turn it back on, I will have to wait for the new router to show up. I've asked them if they can make sure to expedite shipping on that order and am still waiting to hear back. So we might be without internet for this next week or so. 

I am currently using my phone as a hot spot -- which is funny because its one of the plans the router wouldn't work on, go figure-- and I have things to work on, so I will continue to work. I hate having to delay things like this but I appreciate your patience, everyone.
