NEXT #MetalMonday Announced! July 6 Pokémon Adventure

Hi Friends!

I had announced during my #MetalMonday livestream earlier this week that my parents will be visiting next week, and my Dad and I would be playing something together for the next Metal Monday.  Sadly after a super stressful week, we had to delay their visit due to my crazy workload right now and really needing to focus on working and recording for all the projects in cue.  

I promise that at a future Metal Monday, I'll get my Dad to participate!

All next week, I will be focusing on recording for my three albums and multiple soundtrack projects and saying NO to anything else that comes up so I don't reach the point of complete and utter panic like I did earlier this week, which was not pretty, haha :)  I love to work on projects and make music, and have a hard time saying no when I'm asked to participate but I realized it has reached a point where it's out of control and feeling stressed daily is not a good energy to operate in.  I had stopped exercising and was diving straight into work from the moment I woke up to exhaustion, and my eating habits were also terrible with big late-night binges as "rewards" to myself.   Embarrassingly, I realized yesterday that I gained back almost all the weight I lost during the past 2 months in only a week- it's crazy how fast it comes back when I'm not obsessively tracking calorie intake and exercising!  That okay though- I'm back on the boat now :)

Today, I woke up early, took the pups for a quick jog at 7AM before it got too hot here in Las Vegas, and then spent a hour doing Yoga.  I then calmly wrote my intentions and plan for today in my Panda Planner (it's an amazing journal/planner, on my Amazon list if you are curious: Amazon.com/shop/tinaguo) and took a shower, put on my face, and did the Patreon Livestream, which if you missed it and are a Patreon Patron, the secret link is in a previous post on my Patreon page!

I spent time doing production and logistics for an upcoming show- the first one since Covid began and the first live appearance that is currently still set to go on- at the OK Mozart Festival in Oklahoma in September, answered emails, sent out invoices, did an IG live interview on my friend Michael Baugh's channel, and am now downloading files for 3 more cues to record today for a Netflix Film project that I've been working on for a couple months.  I will also write/record for my Extreme Music album if I don't pass out but worst case, will record for that on Sunday as I only have one recording session for a video game that day and tomorrow's schedule is completely full.

Anyway, sorry for the rambling! My entire point of this post was to announce that the next #MetalMonday Livestream will be on Monday, July 6 at 10AM PT / 1PM ET and I'll be playing the Pokemon Medley from my GAME ON! album- there is a music video on YouTube also if you guys want to check it out.  It's not super "Metal" honestly... or is Pokemon the most Metal thing ever? hahaha!
