Added 2018-09-24 02:25:27 +0000 UTCheres the oc of the month that im gonna finish for september rewards. He is my second oldest oc and the step brother of my oldest oc . He's silly, confident, hyper, etc kinda like that one goofy and not the smartest guy in every anime like Natsu.
he is lined already and im colouring him now so I should be finished soon enough !
