Honestly, that's fine. I believe if you're doing what you love, and you don't neglect food, sleep, and family, your health will take care of itself for the most part. Happiness and satisfaction are the most effective medicines in the world. But if you're doing something you don't love, it will eventually take its toll on your body and mind, no matter how well you take care of yourself otherwise.
