It’s terrible! I want to point out as a nurse just a little information but maybe everyone has already discussed this but it’s interesting what medications Alex went to Mexico to get. Cialis is a medication that first was actually designed for pulmonary hypertension. It causes vasodilation. Which means it can cause your blood pressure to lower. That alone if too many pills or if mixed with the wrong medication could cause death. However my guess he was probably taking it for erectile dysfunction which is actually the “pleasant “ side effect lol they found out this medicine causes and that’s what the medication is now mainly used for. Also he picked up z-pack which is antibiotics which they did mention he hadn’t been feeling well so maybe he felt like he had a cold or something. Then he picked up thyroid medicine for Zulema.

Chad did things like having Lori send a fake email asking him to come speak in Texas (iirc), and having Zulema send a text asking him to come "see her speech" — all just so he could get out of the house, supposedly. Chad also texted Lori at one point: "Tonight I figured out who I feel like. I’m a grown-up version of Harry Potter, who has to live with the Dudleys in his little space under the stairs. Every few weeks I get to escape and have amazing adventures with my Goddess lover, but then I have to return to my place under the stairs, feeling trapped. But I sense permanent freedom is coming!" So Chad depicted Tammy as a prison warden, keeping him trapped at home. When the truth is, Chad was sneaking around, cheating on Tammy, and allegedly planning her murder. It's so horrible! 😔

And "it's all downhill from here" indicates, to me, that things have are going to get a lot worse, but perhaps Alex meant that the hard part is over and it's all smooth sailing now.
