Looking for feedback: alternative reward options

Ideally I'd like to try cutting down on personalized rewards to some degree, just so I have more time to focus on my own projects as well. Plus, sometimes people in certain tiers opt for a month not to claim a reward, and that's totally fine, but for people who it happens frequently with, I'd like to offer some kind of alternative, so they don't feel forced to get a request.

I'm still fine with doing a number of requests monthly, and definitely will keep doing milestone rewards, but what are some alternative rewards people would like to see instead, maybe?

Some ideas:

-Major print/pinup poll with limited voters-Source files (I haven't done this cause I use CSP mostly but I can if people would be interested) -uh... idunno. i need ideas.

This won't be implemented until after the upcoming month, mind you.
