New Tutorial This Thursday!
Added 2018-04-23 01:32:20 +0000 UTCI finished up a tutorial I've been meaning to make for a long while. Didn't take long to produce at all.
I honestly should make more things like this. It's only about 4 minutes long and will cover vector layers and the 'set as reference layer' setting for Clip Studio Paint.
