현재 2017년 12월 분의 보상을 정산하는 과정에서 문제가 발생하였고, 그 원인이 페이트리온 서버와 관련있는 것으로 추정중입니다.
또한 페이트리온 측으로부터 다음과 같은 메시지를 받았습니다.
: We’ve started charging your patrons for December! The total proceeds (after fees and declined pledges) will be available in a few days
이로 미루어, 보상 관련 문제도 시스템 상 순차적으로 정상화될 것으로 예상합니다.
문제가 해결되는 대로 후원자분들께 보상을 지급해드릴 예정이며, 다만 그 과정에서 딜레이가 발생하고 있는 점, 그리고 후원자분들을 기다리시게 하는 점에 대해 대단히 죄송합니다 T.T
이후 상황에 따라 새로운 공지로 찾아뵙겠습니다.
First of all, we`re so sorry to late to send the 2017 Dec`s rewards to supporters.
There are some problems for send the reward, we think it`s on the patreon server system for some weird reasons.
And we got a message from PATREON like this:
We’ve started charging your patrons for December! The total proceeds (after fees and declined pledges) will be available in a few days.
When it`s over, we will send you rewards, but unfortunately it will takes some delay T.T
If the troubles of patreon server are finished, we will give you a new message.
