2022-12-09 07:22:46 +0000 UTCI'm so glad you liked this one! This is definitely one of my all-time favourite TVD episodes. It's the beginning of the truly incredible and captivating storytelling that is this show, and the very first flashback episode of many to come.

2019-09-11 09:49:55 +0000 UTCIt’s hard for me to imagine any reasonable excuse for what Damon is doing. If Stefan was supposedly so awful back in the day then Damon should kill Stefan and leave innocent people out of it. I’m looking forward to Damon changing my mind😄

I cannot state strongly enough that you are only seeing Stefan's side of the story, he doesn't know everything. Damon is someone who is prepared to do bad things for what he perceives to be the greater good. To quote Damon himself: "If you're gonna be bad, be bad with purpose. Otherwise you're just not worth forgiving." Vicki's story right now is simply to show how a vampire is created and more my on mythology and lore.
