Previeously, since we have started the Monthly Limited Artworks for Tier2 payment, Every each month we have formed it with the Characters-one is from Popularity Vote the other is from WickedBlack`s choice. And this gonna be changed. Limited Artworks for Tier2 payment will be formed of "Two characters of Vote". And from now, it will be formed with the most and second voted charecters of the Monthly Popularity Vote.
