I watched this reaction a few days ago, but didn’t really feel like commenting until now. So Eliot’s relationship with Mike is over already and it ended with Eliot having to kill him. We never even got to know Mike (I couldn’t even remember his name and had to look it up), but I still feel really bad for Eliot because he fell for Mike so fast and so hard, but now he doesn’t even know what was real and what was Mike being possessed by the Beast. And the fact that Eliot was was the one to kill Mike, makes the death especially emotionally impactful. Obviously this will have a significant effect on Eliot’s character development going forward.
