Eric attacked because the witch wasnt interested in peace and was casting a spell on them. So be fair he did the right things and did what was needed. Marni was focusing on revenge not peace for her people, she put them in danger.

I was SO convinced a faerie was going to pop out somewhere due to all the white light and was so surprised when one didn't! Not sure if it was supposed to be a bizarre shared V trip crossed with a faerie blood trip? Because that sort of makes sense, especially with Eric saying they "would be one".
