every British actor does Doctor Who, its a right of passage these days. Great series, Tennant and Coleman have fantastic chemistry. Thats Tennants natural Scottish accent, its just that he's played English in a lot of projects in TV, Film and Theatre.

And yes, two Doctors (technically three, in a sense... spoilers, but you'll get there eventually). In fact there are numerous actors who appear in Doctor Who at one point or another, including Olivia Coleman who you saw in The Eleventh Hour.

That woman is the current Doctor, yes. 😀 A ninety-nine is a (whipped) ice cream cone with a half of a Cadbury's Flake chocolate bar stuck in it. Not sure why it's called a ninety-nine! The age of consent is sixteen unless an adult is in a position of trust in relation to a minor (for example a teacher), in which case it's eighteen. That's, um, actually quite high for a European country... It's higher than in France and Germany, for example!
