There's a deleted scene in which Ian has a vision of his life with Mickey and the baby. I don't know they deleted it. I also don't necessarily agree that it came out of nowhere, surely it became more extreme this season, but signs were there early in season 4, which could've been triggered by his relationship turmoil with Mickey.

I literally like Frank over him and Frank is a piece of shit. I just want Fiona to be single for awhile. Give her another storyline other than her getting in a relationship and messing it up.
