Yeah, since Elena died at 18 years old. As a human she would be 20 and Damon as long as he has cure in his system will be 25 and age like a normal person.

2021-11-03 09:54:40 +0000 UTCDamon and Elena can both take the cure. Elena takes the cure, and then Damon drinks the cure from her, like Silas did with Katherine and she started aging and died since she was like 600 years old. Elena would only age with like 2 years so she would be ok afterwards. 😊
