The first few season do the "Young Gus and Young Sean life lessons with the dad and they're always a highlight.

2022-02-28 01:58:14 +0000 UTCI figured this would be one of the shows you waited to continue until you got through one of your others, so I'm thrilled to see another episode! I probably said this when you posted the pilot, but this show does take a few episodes to get into a groove and settle in with its characters. Gus, especially, who I can see without the benefit of hindsight can come off somewhat grating/useless. Without spoiling anything, I'll just say that he does get better, Shawn gets less over-the-top as the series goes on, and there are some more serious/grounded moments as well. Many, if not most, episodes I'm always down to rewatch. IDK if you're planning on making this a weekly thing or a one-off for now, but either way I look forward to the next one!
