先月末にも意識を失い、救急車で運ばれて病院に行きました。
退院してからも体調はあまり良くありません。
ここ数日は心臓と背中に鈍痛があり、原因不明です。
ただの筋肉痛の可能性もあるので今は様子を見ています。
もし投稿が止まったら、体調が悪化したと思って下さい。

In recent years, I have been experiencing ongoing health issues.
I lost consciousness at the end of last month and was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
Even after being discharged from the hospital, my health hasn't been very good.
For the past few days, I have had a dull pain in my heart and back, and the cause is unknown.
It might just be simple muscle soreness, so I'm keeping an eye on it for now.
