Kirsten! Worst piece of advice ever. My parents split up right before I left for a class trip to Malta (when I was roughly Marissa's age) and my mom made sure my dad didn't say anything. I had one fun week and then came home to find him gone. That was rough but I'm so thankful for that last week of light and fun and silliness.
