Yeah I figured Deucalion wanted Derek to kill Scott since it was implied in an earlier episode that Scott was a threat.

2023-03-27 18:34:51 +0000 UTCThe alpha pack didn't ask Derek to kill Scott specifically they said they need Derek to kill his own pack so that he can join the alpha pack and that by killing one of his own Derek will gain their strength for himself and "want" to kill the rest of them without being forced to. Also eye color is really important in the show alphas eyes are red, Derek went from blue to red when he gained the powers, Peter went from red to blue, Scott and Isaac have a yellow color.
