TransLator Wanted

漫画形式の同人誌は、すべてのセリフや擬音が日本語で書かれています。
しかし、Patreonでは、日本語話者の割合は非常に低いです。そのため、日本語だけで書かれた漫画は、魅力的ではないと思います。
以前から、Patron向けに、同人誌を英語に翻訳することを考えていました。
そこで、翻訳者を募集しようと思います。以下が条件です。
・翻訳は、1ページにつき10ドル（もしくは1000円）。合計20ページで、報酬は200ドル（もしくは20000円）です。
・支払いは、Paypalを通じて行う。
・翻訳者は、日本語と英語が得意であることが望ましい。機械翻訳のレベルではなく、自然な翻訳にしてほしい。

I am publishing two types of doujinshi, illustrations and manga formats.
Doujinshi in cartoon format, all speech and onomatopoeia are written in Japanese.
However, in Patreon, the proportion of Japanese speakers is very low. Therefore, I think that manga written only in Japanese is not attractive.
For the past, I was thinking of translating doujinshi to English for Patron.
So, I'd like to invite translators. The conditions are as follows.
· Translation is $ 10 (or 1000 yen) per page. A total of 20 pages, the reward is 200 dollars (or 20000 yen).
· Payment is made through Paypal.
· The translator must be good at Japanese and English. I want you to translate natural rather than machine translation.
