Definitely one of the most creepiest movies I’ve ever seen. I hope no one ever finds themselves in a situation like this.

The evil couple knew how to pick their targets well and tested them all the way through. They probably would have let them get away if they had shown more fight early on, in order not to risk anything. I’m European and wouldn’t say that Danish people in particular are more polite than other Scandinavian nations or some Western Europeans, but I guess within Europe overall they are more on the reserved and polite side culturally, yeah.. truly unnerving this movie. I hadn’t seen it before and am glad I had your outrage as a buffer because helll fucking no. They essentially got manipulated into enduring what happened to them in the end by not setting those boundaries early on and not following their intuition. I will say, in a lot of European countries, people aren’t as paranoid about stranger danger as in the US, so that at least was realistic.. Personally, would never find myself in that kind of situation, but I am definitely the freeze type, so this sent multiple chills down my spine 😬
