I know I'm late for this but when Pike was talking about his plan to go kill and trap the grounders by loading the explosives in the rover, u can see that he is talking to the bug that they had put on his desk, so everything he was saying was fake so they can trap Kane and everyone who was with him. Bellamy was waiting for the first person who would fall in the trick and go try and touch the Rovers to arrest them anyways
