Ah yes, 2x3, the train wreck! So much went wrong in this episode, culminating with Wille & Felice at the end which I think we all collectively cringe at. Totally understand where both of them are coming from in that moment but it's definitely not a good plan - their friendship is too nice 🥺 I think it's totally fair to be displeased with Wille, as his actions toward Simon so far this season haven't been great. One thing I appreciate though is that they are focusing a lot on his mental health and struggles with anxiety, and doing a nice job depicting that. I think the situation Wille is in would be difficult for anyone, but we're getting to see how anxiety plays a major role for him in all of this. I don't actually believe Wille is struggling with his sexuality, beyond worrying about the impact it has on his family. Personally I agree that he should just tell them all to fuck off and do what he wants, but I understand why that's hard for him at this point in his life/ development. On to Marcus. MAJOR ick from that scene with Simon is what I got. Simon's body language reads as so uncomfortable and even if it was unintentional I think Marcus was being super manipulative there. I also HATED him showing up at the rowing match and kissing Simon in public saying "we'll get them next year" the day after Simon told him he wasn't ready for a relationship. Simon again looked S U P E R uncomfortable there. Nope. Thanks but no thanks, Marcus!
