Jaha "floating people" is not really the thing I would hold against him :') ... He was quite simply following the law of the ARC, a law that he didn't create and that actually makes a lot of sense... That doesn't mean it's pretty or morally good, but it makes sense for the idea that they are the last of the human race and they need to survive... Making any crime, no matter how small, punishable by death, does make a lot of sense to keep order... And it did the job for however many generations lived there and even the demise of the ARC wasn't really because of that, it was because the ARC was literally dying so they had to jump shit anyways... That isn't something that Jaha is guilty of alone, and it's far from his worse mistake... He could actually be the chancellor that killed the smaller number of people in the arc, there could've been a previous one that had to execute far more "criminals", we would likely never know for sure... So, yeah, on his list, that's probably not the thing that ranks highest
