Maybe new tiers, a dedicated discord server, new rules of early access. I really don't like where I've ended up with it. When I keep my art in early access for month or more I, lose interest in posting it on twitter / fa and I end up neglecting those platforms and my fans there.
But I also don't want to upset my patreon folks (you!)
This 170$ I make may look like not much in first world countries but this amount makes a big difference for me and losing it would be very unpleasant. (and this gives me anxiety I was talking before about)

Most of your stuff would probably work on FA just fine, I wouldn't neglect it; also that's probably where a lot of your new patrons are going to come from, as your going to lose people over the long haul as they move on or sometimes can no longer afford to support. Also, I'd say just have links to your images and post the stuff you can on FA, most people won't care if they can't see a preview as long as they can get the file one way or another. 2019-06-02 23:35:27 +0000 UTCSome artists have tiers where they give out the PSD or SAI files (the source files basically) so people can analyse their work or mix/match different layers. If you wanted you could have a new $5 tier where people could access those. I'm not sure what the demand would be, but it might not be a bad idea?

2019-06-02 14:26:48 +0000 UTCI don't know why we should be upset. One month of exclusivity seems to be a really long time tho, many artists release Patreon content like a full week later, which sounds about reasonable. Plus we also get the benefit of high res version here.
