Haruhi nude for Patron + Do you need "middle size" files?

I'd like to get rid of the "middle size" files because it would reduce the workload by a third, does anyone really prefer them?
High resolution files and a PSD file are in zip.

I think people can use large size to create less if they needed, so you may keep only two variants.
