I think it makes so much sense that Lucas is so cold toward Dan and doesn't budge for a minute when Dan comes begging. For Lucas, Dan killed his father. However, it makes sense that Nathan wavers because Dan is his father and he loved him. The men had two different relationships with him, so I like how they reacted differently.
