Making haruhi video

I've been trying to create erotic videos of Haruhi using AI for some time now. This time, I'm taking an approach from image to video (previously, it was MMD → converting each image one by one → making it into a video).
At present, I can't convert erotic images, so I'm making it look erotic with a scenario and sound effects. Compared to using the MMD method, the advantage is that it takes significantly less time. However, I feel like there might be a better way.
