Graphics Bump 3.0 [and Unity Shader Mini Tutorial]

Hey Gearheads!

Running some tests on the new graphics setup and wanted to show you the difference.

First, you have the built-in shader.  When we switched to the Blender workflow we had to go back to the standard shader, but as you can see it's way too dark, even in decent lighting.

We corrected that by switching to the Real Toon Shader.  It's got some nice base lighting so everything is visible and cool rim lighting, but the textures are a little blown out.  Izumi has detailed textures, so you can still make out some details, but the characters without it looked flat.

Now, we're on to a great new shader.  The Poiyomi Shader is designed for VR Chat, but it's a lot of the same character styles we use.  It's free to the public, but he has a Patreon, which we support since it's such a great package and he updates it constantly.  It also has cool effects built-in, so we'll be checking those out as well.
