Random thought, there's something oddly special about alpha demos

Or at least, that's how I'm feeling about this one. I'm going through and seeing the little editing notes I've left for myself later. It's little things along the lines of "add in a nod to MC's choice here in the next chapter." I remember more of these notes were hidden in the comments in past alphas, or I'd just delete them entirely and put them back in after I'd posted the demo. But I've been getting more comfortable leaving them visible this time.
It feels cool, actually. Like I'm sharing a part of the writing process with you guys that no one else gets to see, and idk, there's something about that that feels fun.
