I've sat in some lectures on how hunting and gathering groups handle/handled conflict and a lot of the time its "Well these guys are being assholes, lets pick up all of our stuff which is like thirty pounds and just move somewhere else." You just can't really do wars in a serious way when people aren't stuck to permanent infrastructure or defending resources.

The whole point of Helldivers is that it's a satire about a fascist military state that calls itself a democracy. It co-opted the language of the left so it calls all it's opponents fascist. Also, like Warhammer it's been adopted by real world fascists too stupid to see that it's making fun of them.

It overcomes the mythical violence of the state, which culminates in war and always aims to enforce law, draw boundaries. The saying “war is the continuation of politics by other means” comes from Carl von Clausewitz. Even many right-wing intellectuals admit that Marx, Engels, Lenin, and Mao were his best students. There is no war but class war 😉 Just read Lenin's "The military program of the proletarian revolution".
