18-min VR Roller Coaster Animation :P

So I rendered out this 4K animation from the roller coaster in Giantess Island. I gotta say though, I'm not too happy with the quality. I rendered it in stereoscopic 3D-360 at 24fps in 4K, but it's still a little pixellated. I guess for an animation with the movement speeds as dramatic as those on a roller coaster, would require something like 60+ fps to prevent artifacts.

Unfortunately, rendering this took about 12 hours. Aaaaand since its so long and in 4K, it's... 4 gigs. Yeesh! To render it in 4K at 60fps would take over 24 hours, and would be over 10 gigs. That's... simply ridiculous. So it seems the only real way to get the best experience of the coaster would be in the VR world itself.. on a decent computer.

I'll be rendering out lots of other little VR animations from with all the scenarios going on around the island, but as for the coaster, this may be the best quality I'm able to get for a rendered video file. Hopefully it's enjoyable nonetheless.
