Daily Notice (2025/1/27)
Added 2025-01-27 09:43:57 +0000 UTCDue to a recurrence of my herniated disc, I can’t write a lengthy notice because of the pain. The pain is so intense that I’m clutching my back and crying. Sitting for long periods triggers the symptoms, but I end up spending 7-8 hours a day on AI illustration work, which seems unavoidable. Especially today, I overworked myself. It was supposed to be a day of rest. In fact, I’ve been overworking nonstop for the past few days. Tomorrow will be a complete rest day—I won’t create a single illustration. I’m sorry.
椎間板ヘルニアが再発したため、痛みで長い告知文が書けません。痛みが激しく、腰を押さえながら泣いています。長時間座っていると症状が悪化するのに、AIイラスト作業に1日7～8時間も費やしてしまうので、どうしようもないようです。特に今日は過労してしまいました。本来なら休むべき日でした。実は、ここ数日間ずっと過労が続いていました。明日は完全な休養日です。イラストを一枚も制作しません。申し訳ありません。
