Tomorrow is a Day Off (2025/02/07 Daily Notice)

I have completed today's work, but I'm not feeling well, so I'd like to inform you briefly. I barely got any sleep last night, and about four hours ago, I started experiencing a persistent “beep” sound in my ears. It appears that fatigue is the cause, so I have decided to take a complete day off tomorrow to get some proper rest.
Tomorrow morning, I will check my condition and, if necessary, visit an ENT specialist. Even if my condition improves, I will not be working, so I kindly ask for your understanding. The schedule will be postponed by one day.
Since tinnitus can persist for a long time if not treated promptly, I hope you understand that this decision was unavoidable.

本日の作業は完了しましたが、体調がすぐれないため、簡単にご連絡いたします。昨夜はほとんど眠れず、約4時間前から耳に「ピ〜」という鳴る症状が始まりました。疲労が原因と考えられるため、明日は完全に休業し、十分な休息を取ることにいたしました。
明日の朝、体調を確認し、必要であれば耳鼻咽喉科を受診する予定です。たとえ体調が回復しても作業は行わないつもりですので、何卒ご理解いただければ幸いです。スケジュールは1日延期となります。
耳鳴りは早期治療を行わなければ長期間続く恐れがあるため、この決定が避けられなかったことをご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます.
