Its quite a bit early for this update. The reason being that I've settled on a style for this and future comics.
I'm mildly happy with how things are turning out. The characters will be a polished rendering while the backgrounds will fade away. This way I can spend less time on backgrounds, and still learn about painting, but the characters will feel more finished and consistent, which has been an issue in past updates. Heck, just look at samurai twi 17 for consistency issues.
In the past I have used the comic as an excuse to experiment and I will continue to do so, with the backgrounds. I'll still work on movement and expressions and whatnot with the characters, but their rendering will remain more the same day to day.
