I have spilled water on my computer.
Added 2016-01-29 22:43:35 +0000 UTCIn what scientists are calling "a very dumb move" I set a glass of drinking water on my desk and immediately proceeded to spill it all over my computer tower.
It was working when I unplugged it but I'm not going to take any chances and am waiting the appropriate 48 hours for every drop of water to evaporate before I test it out. It also means I will be unable to work or show the work I have done as that hard drive is a bit wet at the moment.
Here's hoping after the time passes the computer will be working again.
