Helpful or possibly annoying reminder here, no pages for you on Thursday, but I've prepared another post about feelings & gratitude. Those uncomfortable with these and similar concepts are advised to stay off the P-tron that day, and also to perhaps find a quality therapist, which can be a daunting task but is well worth the effort.
