a nerve pinch

So i went to see the doc, seems i pinched the Ulnar nerve. Not sure how, but she assumed might be doing my Gym yesterday.
I got some anti inflamatory balm and it seems to ease the pain, she recomanded a day or two of calm, so i took the day, i just notice you guys to make you know why today and tomrow might be calm X)
so far no issue, but if it become something too recurent it might be another issue under, but let's not fear this for now. Took the day of rest, tomorow ll be better already i'm sure!
