In lore Veigar is a Yordle that was forced to do horrible things for totaly not Sauron, now it broke his mind and he genuinely believe being the master of Evil!
It's an OVERPOWERED mage, and he try to do BAD things... but because he is a bit naive and genuinely a good person inside, he ALWAYS end actually doing good.
Like saving a whole village of famine and bandit so they ll fear HIM instead.. and taking all the gift they offer him to thanks him as sign they fear him and sacrifice stuff.
Not sure if i keep this approach, or go to a more bratty, less naive
