Break concept paint

Practicing painting characters with a concept art mindset between gigs. I said I'd give the HL stuff a rest, but I had a cute idea alternate outfit idea inspired by a tumblr post I saw recently and I wanted to get out of my system! And maybe painting more comfy things will allow me to explore painting more easily and less painstakingly. The HL fixation is still in my brain and will never leave, but I want to finish up some more of my HL-centric gigs before I can continue to dedicate more time to my original ideas. I'm holding myself to that! Sometimes I feel like I don't have any ideas of my own, or I'm not creative enough, but I know I have stuff in me, it's just allowing it to come out, however that might be.
