$40 3D Printer on the way?!?!

I'm guessing its a box and inside is a photo of my printer being held hostage

I fell for one of these scams on a tablet last year I got a little wood bead on a red string through the post and paypal would not refund me until it had arrived and I sent them pictures as they had to assume what was in the post and trackable was what I had purchased.
