If it's an OC then it's always a commission. I don't want to include any OCs in patron polls, because everyone will vote on their own character and other people won't even have any idea who are these characters at all. The only exception would be a highly popular OC that everyone knows – like some character created by the fandom, that doesn't even have any specific owner. The whole point of Patreon is to fund creation of stuff lots of people will enjoy and personal OCs aren't in that category. I wish in the future I wouldn't have to do any commissions at all and live off Patreon exclusively but it's not possible for now though.
