Over the past few days, I conducted a survey, and I’d like to share a summary of the feedback and my upcoming plans.

📝 Survey Results

1️⃣ Using Mega

• Overall, feedback on using Mega was positive, but some users mentioned experiencing inconveniences such as download limits and slow speeds.

2️⃣ Mega Entrance Password

• The majority of users felt that a password is unnecessary.

3️⃣ Number of Photos

• Most people said “the more photos, the better,” but many also requested fewer repetitive poses and more variety.

4️⃣ Number of Characters Per Day

• My personal goal is to upload one character per day,
  but please understand that due to my full-time job, there are times when I work late and uploads may be delayed.

5️⃣ What’s Most Important

• Quality was overwhelmingly chosen as the most important factor.

6️⃣ Patreon Zip Upload

• Most users agreed that having no password for Patreon zip downloads is more convenient.

7️⃣ V1 vs V2

• Recently, I have been working more with V2.
  This is because the latest base model (V2) performs better and allows faster creation.
  However, since many of you still prefer V1, I will increase the proportion of V1 content again in the future.

8️⃣ What You’d Like to See More Of

🔔 Overall Thoughts & Future Changes

First and foremost, thank you again to everyone who continues to view and support my work.

For a while, I had removed all passwords and allowed free access to all content on Mega
so that everyone could download everything more easily.
However, several issues have arisen:

• Download limits, slow speeds, and connection drops on Mega

• Frequent link leaks to illegal redistribution sites, which forced me to reset links multiple times a day

• I personally feel that this system is unfair to long-term subscribers who have supported me consistently

Although setting passwords is also a burden for me,
I believe it is important to protect my work and to maintain fairness for dedicated subscribers.

👉 Therefore, I will return to the previous system with passwords, starting in October.

✅ Upcoming Changes (Effective October 2025)

1. Patreon zip uploads will resume. / Apply password.

2. Mega entrance password will be reintroduced.

   • Passwords will be 8-digit numbers, randomly generated using AI.

3. Mega will roll back to the previous monthly-download system
   instead of keeping everything permanently open.

4. All membership rewards will be updated accordingly.

💡 Personal Update: Improving My Workflow

• To speed up production, I have purchased two additional monitors.

• Previously, I used a monitor switch to share one monitor between two computers,
  but there was noticeable delay and layout changes, making the workflow less smooth.

• With dual monitors running simultaneously, my work process will now be much more efficient and seamless.
