2025-10-10 20:42:39 +0000 UTCThe first scene in episode 4 is traumatic because the first Bakery I worked in I was in charge of the donut fryer and you literally have to toss the dough in there and flip them with these long Chopsticks so your arms are over a huge vat of oil and I had so many oil burns on my forearms when I left that job it took a year for my forearms to fully heal. I'm amazed I don't have scars from it. But on the plus side now I can flip things in a pan of oil typically using one of my fingernails or like the tip of my finger as long as I don't have to touch the oil itself, my husband calls me asbestos hands because I can handle such hot foods from working in kitchens and bakeries.
