Hello everyone.
Thank you for all your patience while the eagerly anticipated release of Chapter Four creeps ever closer.
Once again my plans to have this episode released already have been thwarted by the complexities of making stuff work properly.

There was an issue with how games were being saved which was identified a couple of weeks ago. It took a bit of mental Jenga to figure out the cause, but we have pinned it down.
The issue not only affected game saves, but also what happened when played straight through from one chapter to the next without saving in between.

The solution has necessitated a near complete rewrite of some big chunks of code. It's the stuff which enables the save function and determines how and where saved games are displayed in user profiles.
This is not really what I wanted to spend so much time on, but it's critical we get this resolved sooner rather than later.

The updated code hasn't yet been implemented on the main website because we are still testing it in Beta.

The good news is that the completed Chapter Four has been up there on Beta too since the start of July.
Unfortunately the other technical issues have so far hampered proper testing.
I am hoping to complete testing over the weekend so we can release Chapter Four next week.
The updated version of Chapter Four is huge. It's had by far the largest amount of new material so far. This has also made testing more of a challenge.

I'll post a bit more of what to expect from Chapter Four in the next couple of days.
